CHEF'S MAGIC
Our Chefs make your meals by using the traditional methods of cooking and by choosing the right quantity of the finest and freshest of British produce & variety of spices sourced from India. We pride ourselves in providing you the best of both worlds, which is delicious and healthy.
BLAST FREEZING
Once ready, our meals are blast chilled and frozen to seal in the flavours. Freezing is the most important step in our process. At MetroPot, we blast-freeze every dish so that we don’t have to use preservatives or flavour enhancers, taking care of your taste and health at the same time. We can ensure that you enjoy the same authentic flavours back home, when you reheat your meals.
PACKAGING
Once your food is blast frozen, it is then packaged in its own recyclable insulated packaging. This packaging ensures that the food is kept safe & within the optimal temperature while handling & delivering in a freezer delivery van.
DELIVERY
The meals are delivered frozen and can be easily stored in your freezer. There is no need to defrost the meals before you heat them. Just take them out of the freezer and pop them straight into an oven or microwave. If in doubt, please follow the reheating instructions on the packaging.
REHEAT & ENJOY
Most of our meals take around 6-8 minutes to cook in a microwave, or approximately 30 minutes in an oven. Please check the label of the meal for exact cooking instructions. Our label instructions are clear and easy to follow. The list of ingredients are clearly shown on every meal label and any allergens are marked in bold.
