Shipping policy

All orders placed before 12:00 PM are delivered to the shipping address (Across the UK), on the next working day via DPD courier service.

All orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be sent out on Monday, to be delivered on Tuesday. Please remember to choose your preferred delivery date before checkout.

In case of a shortage of preparation time, the meals prepared on the day we receive orders are sent out on the day after, for the Next Day delivery.

The actual delivery time is subject to the official website/notice of the DPD, which can be tracked using the order number & postcode.

Delivery to Northern Ireland & Scotland requires 2 days and will be charged based on the shipment weight.

UK offshore delivery (Scotland, Guernsey, Northern Island, Isle of Man) requires 2 days, and delivery charges are based on shipment weight.
